We Too’ campaign to be launched’

There is some development in Thiruvananthapuram recently. It is heard that cyclists and joggers there are about to start ‘We Too’ campaign. Sources say this is being done keeping in mind the death of software engineer Vineet Malpani in Surat recently.

Vineet is said to have breathed his owing to a hit and run accident. The campaign is said to be commence under the leadership of ‘Indus Cycling Embassy.’ Objective of the campaign is to promote awareness among the people about the need to give respect to pedestrians, joggers and cyclists.

As a part of the campaign a cycle rally will be conducted that will begin from Manaveeyam Veedhi and come to an end at Manaveeyam Veedhi itself after passing through Kowdiar, Central Stadium.

Such kind of initiatives are said to promote cycling which will build health, bring down pollution levels. As more people come forward to take up cycling, these benefits would only enhance.
