There is some noteworthy development in United States of America (USA). The news is that US President Donald Trump has been impeached for abuse of power. Sources say, Donald Trump is the third such President of US to be impeached.

Donald Trump was also impeached for obstructing the Congress. The first impeachment was done for abuse of power and was on party lines with 230 to 197 votes. The second impeachment was done for obstruction of Congress and was voted 229-198 votes.

Four Democratic Indian-American members of House of Representatives also are said to have voted for impeachment of Trump. Sources further say that when voting was going on President Donald Trump was said to have been addressing a campaign rally.

After impeachment in House of Representatives, it will move to Senate. It is said Democrats will now require two-third of a majority to convict Trump in Senate. About 20 Republicans will also have to vote along Democrats against Trump.

However, it is also to be remembered that Republican Party is said to have a majority in the Senate owing to which removing him from the office is unlikely. It is to remind that other two US Presidents to be impeached were Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton.
