Be clear, don’t be blunt: Veteran educationist: Dr Paarivendhar

The key for progress is clarity, clearness brings everything, but being blunt may not take us anywhere were the words of advice that poured out from veteran educationist T R Paarivendhar during a conversation with Infodea News Network. He spoke about politics, media and other currently relevant issues.
If we are blunt then there are chances that we lose many things. This will ultimately affect your career and your life too, said founder of SRM University. I have not started the political party (IJK-India Jananayaga Katchi) to enjoy the political power or to become CM or PM,’ he said. I have started this to empower youngsters, motivate them to get into politics and bring the change what we expect and we have been promised by many other political parties over the yearsCurrent politics and politician in India don’t want to be criticized they are not tolorent they are much more intolorent after holding the powerful post. If you criticize them they will either related you to opposition if you are criticizing ruling government or they will relate you to ruling government than getting into the root cause of why they are being criticize.
My ideology is slow but steady
My ideology is slow but steady. I know my idea and vision won’t be accepted immediately but I have faith that people will sooner or later will accept my idea and all these traditional parties who have been fooling around the common man will be rejected. My idea is not to conduct rallies and protest on road with crowd. IJK founder says these kind of act trouble only the common man whom you are fighting for.
My way of thinking is very different from traditional parties. I want to conduct rallies or meeting to make people aware that they shouldn’t opt for wrong, if a person is becoming wrong after gaining the power we should opt them out.
That’s why my party policy is to give chance to knowledgeable and thoughtful youngsters should hold the important post in politics but not for more than one tenure. I want youngsters to take the lead the role and rule with their idea to bring the change. A man who have nothing to lose is the most powerful person now a days.
Media freedom is being curbed
Talking about media freedom Dr. Paarivendhar said that now days media’s freedom is being curbed specially when you are talking against ruling government. You will be crushed to death if you speak against the ruling government. For example my channel Puthiya Thalamurai telecast through Arasu cable was off air many times when we were showing public view and the opinion of those people who have raised voice against government irregularity, misconduct and failure.
My channel head and I has got many threats but we never bothered about these things and we continue to be neutral channel because we have started this channel to empower people with information and knowledge. It is not only happening in Tamil Nadu but in other parts of the country too. Vote for note is freely practiced in state. All these years DMK and AIADMK have been fooling around people with people by offering them free bees.
I see Amma Cnateen is the worst example to make people lazy. Instead of this government should explore more opportunity for people specially for youngsters to make more money and keep their family happy. So they won’t feel the need of Amma canteen. I feel it’s time that Tamil Nadu’s people should reject the Dravida parties which has spoiled the people of state and development of state. Cinema has a major role to influence the politics of Tamil Nadu. Cinema is meant for Entertainment but people should not take the charector of cinema seriously.
Modi is a man of vision
Speaking about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision is clear with regard to development of the country. Every party promises many things before coming to power but none were able to full fill all the promises they made. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not an exception. He promised to bring black money and every citizen would be benefited with that but that did not happen. As far as I am aware Modi government was seriously working on this issue, what is the current development on it I am not aware of it.
But this doesn’t define that Modi is incapable person. He has many qualities which we should appreciate. You may say demonetization was not right step but corruption level in country has really gone down. In foreign countries India’s identity has become more stronger than it was before. This man is with clear vision and good heart wants to develop the country and we should help him.
HEC isn’t successful unless all educational body is brought under one umbrella
Higher Education Commission won’t be successful unless all educational body is brought under one umbrella. Talking about Central Government recent decision of scarping UGC and constituting Higher Education Commission (HEC) he says it won’t be successful unless all educational body like MCI, AICTE are brought under one umbrella.
If organisations are different, it will be a hurdle to bring revolution in Indian education system. University’s main work is work on research and development which we are lacking in. For this we need more funds and government and Private industries should come forward to help universities for this purpose.
By doing this we can make student ready for industries work nature too. this will create more job opportunities for youngsters in country.
