As we all know that in the Telecom market the Reliance Jio almost ruled And it is on the ledge of creating a Monopoly in the market resulting which many companies have been failed.

And some of the Vodafone and Idea as they weren’t able to complete Reliance Jio being soul and Airtel still struggling it’s hard and trying to to make new innovative ideas to anyhow complete  Reliance Jio.

By the recent sources, It is being told that  Airtel and Vodafone Idea have been instructed by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to withhold tariff plans that offer faster speed in special incentives to customers who pay more.

TRAI, which has also sought an explanation from the two companies, wants to understand whether the special plans for the high paying customers come at the cost of those who have opted for prepaid or lower tariffs.

TRAI secretary K Gupta asked “We have asked the companies to explain the tariff plans.  if prima facie there will be a violation,  we will ask them to withdraw plans.”

However,  Mr. Gupta also said that there have been no instructions that ask the companies to completely withdraw the plans as of now. While TRAI refused to speak on the matter Section of industry analysis felt there would be a violation of net neutrality tenets of offering differential services on the tariff plans.

An Airtel spokesperson said “We are passionate about delivering the best network and service experience to all our customers this is why we have a rent less obsession to eliminate flaunts we want to keep raising the bar for our postpaid customers in terms of services and responsiveness. This is an ongoing effort at our end.”

A spokesperson for Vodafone Idea said, “ Vodafone Idea is committed to service to its customers with the best in the class of rings and high speed for the data across all markets.”

However,  forces within Vodafone Idea expressed surprise at TRAI’s move,  in which the regulator has acted nearly eight months after it had launched the plan.

The RedX plan was filed with TRAI  In November 2019 and further modifications Goa once again duly filed in May this year. The plan has been in the market for the last eight months and customers are already on board.

There is no violation of tariff regulation in this plan. It is shocking to receive a  letter over the weekend now,  asking us to block it without any opportunity to respond on an important matter such as tariff.
