Celebration of International Youth Day at SRM Dental College

Chancellor, Dr. T.R. Paarivendhar, founder, has graced the occasion and inaugurated the event that was held at SRM Dental College at Kattankulathur Campus. He said “it does not end with practice alone to be a successful doctor, but the ultimate success is to make patients happy and calm”. “Every individual should take an oath that I will always be nice to patients and to treat them as my own relative for their comfort” he added.

Along with the celebration, they remembered 72nd Independence Day and planted over 100 saplings in and around the campus. The Registrar of SRM joined the planting of saplings and shared how happy they were to know that youth community is interested in planting trees and make the campus green.
“If you cut a tree, you kill a life; If you save a tree, you save a life; If you plant a tree, you plant a life” becomes the students’ slogan.
