Top Indian Diplomat Harassed by ISI

Shaken after two Pakistani High Commission authorities were discovered enjoying surveillance exercises and from there on ousted from India, Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) has been irritating and scaring India’s top negotiator in Islamabad.
