PM Modi interacts with floor leaders of all parties from both Houses of Parliament.
PM Modi has called out all the centre, states administrators to assembling to work collectively as a team and solidarity in the crisis time. He communicated with all the members of the party on Tuesday, 20th July, to retain them acquainted with the trajectory of COVID-19 in India and the Public Health Response to the Pandemic.
In addition, he discussed the data from different parts of the country for help in intending the policies and, it might help with the deal in the crisis. He also praises humankind who has done their role accurately. Mr. Modi further stated that pandemics should not be a matter of politics and a matter of concern for comprehensive humanity. He added that people had not seen such a pandemic in the last 100 years, and still dealing with this together is utterly an unquestionable fact of appreciating the travail.
PMO has also given the assurance of one oxygen plant in every district across the country, including prison. Prime Minister notified the leaders about the advancing speed of India’s vaccination program and how the first ten crore doses took almost 85 days while the last ten crore doses have taken only 24 days.
Mr. Modi accentuated the need to properly plan the vaccination drives at the district level based on the advanced availability designated by the Central Government to ensure no nuisance to the people. He said that the states require to be highly proactive towards the vaccination driveway. Because still many Health care workers and frontline workers are yet left to vaccinate. Prime Minister spoke about the need to stay watchful looking at the situation in various countries. Mr. Modi has further stated India’s unique alternative of utilizing technology in this pandemic, like the digital App Cowin and Aarogya Setu.
Leaders of all the parties acknowledged the Prime Minister for his struggles through the pandemic. Leaders have also expressed their own different experiences with the disease. They have also shared the highlights of the situation in various states and talked about the vaccination drives in their respective states. Leaders praised and universally appreciated the presentation given to them by Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan for its rich erudition and penetrations. He informed that only eight states have more than ten thousand cases with the preponderance of the caseload in the state like Maharashtra and Kerala. He said only five states have a positivity rate of more than 10 percent till now.
Although, Former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda complimented Prime Minister Modi for his constant monitoring and working tirelessly throughout the pandemic.
