Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Friday composed a letter communicating his ‘disappointment’ to Sonia Gandhi, in the midst of hypotheses of Navjot Singh Sidhu being named the Congress’ state chief as party in-battling proceeds.
