Fearing more air strikes, will Pak delink Terror Outfits?

Pakistan’s intelligence network has been exposed by the intelligent officers at Indian side as the attacks were carried around 3.30 am in the morning today when all the terrorists and their trainers were fast asleep.

India finally responded with thunder for February 14 suicide attack in Kashmir’s Pulwama district by a Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorist in which over 40 CRPF soldiers got killed. The predawn attacks by 12 Indian Airforce Mirage 2000 jets reportedly invaded over 100 km of LoC to bombard terrorist camps in Balakot, Muzaffarabad and Chakoti in which over 500 terrorists believed to be perished.
Again, the weakness in Pakistan’s intelligence network has been exposed by the intelligent officers at Indian side as the attacks were carried around 3.30 am in the morning today when all the terrorists and their trainers were fast asleep.
To confuse Pakistan, Indian air force jets took off from various locations in central and northern command and a portion of the fleet suddenly moved towards Muzafarabad and completed the task with highest precision. All the aircraft returned back safely to respective bases.
However, the Pakistan side denied the surgical operation by Indian side as one of the senior officials of Pakistan Army took to Twitter to inform his countrymen that Indian aircraft invaded their boundary but retreated in haste when confronted by Pakistan Air Force jets.
Call it Election time response by Modi government (often referred by Pakistan PM Imran Khan), India has the right to give it back with extreme aggression as the entire country is boiling with anger over the Pulwama attack by a Kashmiri youth when he rammed his RDX laden car on the convoy of CRPF soldiers.
In fact, fearing Indian response to Pulwama massacre, Pakistan army had shifted many terror camps close to PoK deep inside thinking that India will never intrude over 100 km on its territory to nail out terrorists.
But the predawn attacks on terror camps in Balakot which is closer to Abbottabad where US army pinned down Al-Qaeda head Osama Bin Laden in 2011, has surprised many in the Pakistani side, has proved otherwise.
However, India should not sit on the glory of one-off operations, but needs to plan more such surprise strikes on terror camps on the other side of LoC to weaken the terror links and also delink supplies to terrorists.
The Pulwama attack would have been avoided had the Indian sides debarred civilian traffic on the national highway during the CRPF convoy movement. It is also too late to decide now to airlift troops through commercial flights in J and K as the decision should have been taken earlier realising the grave threats from the militants.
India has again showed its military and intelligence prowess to Pakistan which has been waging proxy war on India through home grown terror outfits. After two precision attacks on terror camps on its soil, will Pakistan mend ways and delink terror outfits and distance itself from Kashmir? Time will tell.
