Speed trial and inspection
S Vishnu Sharmaa, INN/Chennai, @infodeaofficialCommissioner of Railway Safety, Southern Circle, Bengaluru will be inspecting the gauge converted broad gauge line between Thiruvarur Junction and Pattukottai Stations from 26 to 29 March.
Sources from Southern Railway say that the Commissioner of Railway Safety will also conduct a speed trial run between Pattukkottai station to Thiruvarur Junction on 29 March between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Keeping the speed trial in view the railway authorities have requested the public staying in the vicinity of railway lines between Thiruvarur – Pattukkottai section in Tiruchchirappalli division of Southern Railway to not to approach or trespass the railway lines.
