Benefits of Indian Cuisine

Indian cuisine has always been known due to its huge cuisine variety and mouthwatering taste apart from it its Ayurveda and other health factors make it more beneficial for an individual’s health. All the Indian foods are given the diversity in soil, climate, culture, and ethnic groups.
These cuisines vary substantially and use locally available spices, herbs, veggies, sweets, and fruits. Indian food is also heavily influenced by religion in particular Hinduism and this cuisine is also influenced by centuries of Islamic rule particularly the Mughal rule of which samosas and jalebi are examples of it.
Before the British raj our Indian culture, cuisine, education almost ruled and created a boom in other countries resulting which many people use to come to India for trade, education, and other personnel benefits that’s why our country was known by the name of ‘GOLDEN BIRD’.
Apart from these factors our foods also became the reason for people getting attracted to our country most especially our Indian spices created a huge demand in foreign markets as they were the purest as compared to other countries in our country.
Many of the big and dangerous diseases were cured by these Indian spices and herbs which never gave a side effect to our health while treatment.
Today our country is known as the 3rd largest hub of foods of different varieties among the whole world where 26% of the economy is contributed by agriculture. A variety of foods and nutrients is needed for trillions of cells in the human body. Indian cuisine includes a variety of spices where every spice has many health benefits.
Including a variety of spices and vegetables in your diet is important for living healthy, eating local and seasonable vegetables and fruits for the right time for good health and strong immunity. Indian food has a lot of grains such as Bajra, nachni, jowar along with different rice grains that are grown in abundance in India.
Indian traditional foods are recognized as functional foods because of the presence of functional components such as body healing chemicals, antioxidants, dietary fibers, and probiotics. These functional molecules help in weight management, and blood and sugar level balance and also help in supporting the immunity of our body i.e. it keeps our immune system strong which helps us to fight against different kinds of diseases.
A human body passes through different ages which accordingly requires different food adaption habits and if we don’t follow or adapt the correct food habits this may result in various kind of diseases in an individual’s body as the root cause of every disease is stomach so most especially an individual should have a proper digestive system so that whatever non-preferable food item enters the stomach gets digested.
And overconsumption of non-preferable food items can result in various health diseases such as diarrhea, diabetes, cancer, and many other diseases which can be a threat to human life. Neem leaves are the most preferable leaves which are also used for cooking various veggies for its advantages and flavor; these leaves help in detoxifying blood present in our body and also strengthens our immunity.
