Work for the language brings laurels

There is a happy news for Southern Railway. It was won Railway Minister’s Rajbhasha Trophy on 11 December. Southern Railway general manager R K Kulshrestha received the trophy from S N Agarwal, member staff, Railway Board. The sources from the railways point out the award was given in recognition towards propagation and implementation of rajbhasha at headquarters of Southern Railway during 2016.
The propagation and implementation of rajbhasha in Madurai division of Southern Railway also won recognition. Additional divisional railway manager O P Shaw received the Rajbhasha rajat padak on behalf of Neenu Ittiyerah, divisional railway manager of Madurai division.
