The freelance sector has seen a massive growth in the Indian subcontinent

Since 2019, the whole world has been the victim of the deadly pandemic and has faced a traumatic change in the scenario of livelihood and development. The loss of jobs and the financial crisis has affected the citizens psychically and mentally, which resulted in the rise of unemployment rate in the last two years.

Apart from the business field, this effect has been noted even in the field of education. To survive in this struggling world, people have adopted various other tasks to generate money and also fulfill their daily needs. And in such situations, the freelancing sector has seen a major rise in the Indian subcontinent. Freelancing provides people with various facilities and opportunities to sustain.

The company is based on the Freelance Support System which will be used to aggregate the freelancers. And this firm’s objective is to give freelancers work for these companies in customer support, hiring, marketing,accounting and all the other sectors

It claims that this support system will not only create job opportunities for the freelancers but also will provide incentives. The work will be done in a remote and convenient way that is just by sitting at home and also motivates people to lead an  eco-friendly life, said the Community. And on the other hand, the decrease in work from office will also reduce the office culture which in turn will bring mental peace and calmness in people’s lives.

Shanaya Das, the co-founder stated that, “ this concept is quite budget-friendly as well. As the office culture will start decreasing, the expen future on it will also get reduced. It will be directly beneficial for the companies.”

Decrease in the office culture will also be beneficial for the companies, as the reduces the infrastructure cost and will also help the companies to generate high revenue and eliminating physical restrictions will however become easier to invite employees from different cultures, backgrounds and ideologies, according to Das.
