Women should work to earn and learn and become independent. Women are a part of vast family, so they definitely should earn and learn. If women work, then equality is appreciated by her and her own self-esteem increases. They get recognition and can create their own identity in the society. Moreover, they get empowered. 

In the 21st century, women today are no less than men,  the growth of women in almost every sector is remarkable. But it is not all that easy for women. They have won many battles, but lot more remains to be conquered. They are denied the right to control their own fertility and the right to equal pay for equal work. There are many issues that continue to bother them.

They have been assigned the role of cooks and child minders their place is said to be in the home.  The low wages of women is justified because men are the ‘breadwinners’ in the family. Most of the working class women do the housework as well as join the workforce. 

In this way, they work a double-shift at great personal cost. The low wages of women often keep them trapped in abusive and oppressive relationships. But hope is a thing keeps us all floating in high spirits. Much of the war is already won, determination to succeed and the strong will to move despite all odds will give glory.
