Sri City wins ‘Prestigious Brands of Asia’ Award
Yet another feather in the cap of the Integrated Business City

‘Prestigious Brands of Asia’ award was bestowed on Sri City, in recognition of its world class infrastructure established for facilitating the international manufacturing industries. During the Global Business Symposium, a flagship initiative of Herald Global and BARC Asia, held in Bangkok, the ‘Prestigious Brands of Asia 2017-18’ Awards were presented.
Addressing the awardees Mr. Saimik Sen, Editor-in-Chief, Herald Global ERTC Media said, “We are recognising 100 Prestigious Brands of Asia 2017-18 that have substantiated their aspirations to create the future, and transform the
economy, embracing a combination of their state-of-the-art products and services”.

This recognition serves as an endorsement for the high standards adopted by Sri City in emerging as a leading industrial & business city in the country.
Prestigious Brands of Asia is a platform to bring into limelight the success stories of the brands from the Asian countries that are being recognised globally. BARC (Brand Advertising Research and Consulting)-Asia , one of Asia’s leading independent research & brand listing agency had conducted an in-depth research including secondary and the primary survey in 14 different countries of Asia to select the brands for the listing for 2017-18.
Some of the brands who received the award included, Honda, Toyota, Canon, Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba, Hyundai, LG, Sembcorp, Singapore Airlines, Parle, ICICI Bank, and many more. It was not long ago that Sri City had won the most admired accolades, viz., ‘Most Sustainable Integrated Business City’ Award from Times Network, WCRC’s Most Valuable Brand Award in the country, ABP News’ Brand Excellence Award, Assocham’s’ Best Business City in South India, IGBC Green City ‘Gold’
rating, etc.,
