Things not smooth for TN bureaucrat

Hard workers are not rewarded always, there are occasions when they have to face tough times. The story of a senior bureaucrat from Tamilnadu is perhaps a case that perhaps proves the point mentioned before.
The senior bureaucrat in the rank of additional chief secretary is said to have been on receiving end and the reason according to sources seems to be his good work he did.
This 56 year old IAS officer is said to have put up an impressive performance in his service. Unable to withstand this, certain elements are said to have sent anonymous letters to Chief Vigilance Commission in the past. Enquiries by Ministry of HRD in 2013 have revealed nothing suspicious.
However, another enquiry was ordered by Chief Vigilance Commissioner despite the fact that clearance was given. This has spelt trouble for the senior bureaucrat, this is said to have prevented his empanelment of Jagmohan as the additional secretary to Government of India. He is also said to have approached National Commission of Scheduled Caste (NCSC) owing to the delay of getting empanelled.
The sources from NSCS after thorough analysis of the matter say the case is a reminder of how people of scheduled caste have to face difficulties in society and also from the agencies of the government.
If difficulties have not spared scheduled caste officers in top ranks, one can imagine how more difficult it can be for those scheduled caste people who work in ordinary ranks in government services, said NCSC. He is said to have even approached Government of India with a plea to prosecute the Chief Vigilance Commissioner.
Raju is said to have a very good performance when it comes to work. The works he has done in the past are no less praiseworthy, say many of his colleagues. Raju is also said have received King Sejong Literacy Prize from UNESCO for his good work towards promoting literacy.
