With every one of us out there leaving so busy and fast lives we somewhere forget to take care of our body and that can be a big problem for one for the long term and therefore one should consider their physical fitness to be taken care of with utmost importance.
One of the ways to work on our physical fitness is by taking a balanced diet. A balanced diet is one that gives your body the nutrients it needs to function correctly. But the question arises why is a balanced diet important?
Since our organs and tissues require a certain amount of nutrients to work effectively. A person not taking a balanced diet are prone to many diseases such as infection, fatigue, and poor performance. For kids, a proper diet can help them in their growth and body functioning as well

- Dairy

- Nutrients you need for growth and repair, helping you to stay strong and healthy and help to prevent diet-related illness, such as some cancers
