FDP on Value Education with the Mahabharata story

Paarivendhar student’s Tamil association of SRM Valliammai Engineering College organized a one day Faculty Development Programme on Value Education for faculty members on 6-12-2019.

The expert has mentioned the difference between useful Education, useless Education, nonsense Education and the dangerous education with the Mahabharata story.

He also conducted the three games to realize the contribution of each and every person to perform a specific kind task.

He has explained about our old education system and how transformed into this stage.The expert has mentioned leadership skills, difference between life ambition and profession ambition, and duties and responsibilities and values of education.

The FDP was conducted under the guidance of our Principal Dr. B. Chidhambararajan. The FDP was inaugurated by Dr. B. Vanathi, HOD/CSE and Mr. K. Shanmugam, AP/CSE the Coordinator of Tamil mandram, delivered a Welcome Address.

The Resource Person was Mr. S. Senthil Kumar, Director, and Centre for Cultural Education, Training and Research, Tamil Nadu.About 35 Teaching staffs from our College participated in this event.
