The T10 format is a fast-paced version of the game, but bowlers may succeed by bowling in the appropriate places, according to Afghanistan spinner Noor Ahmad. “You must bowl in the proper spots in this game’s fastest mode. Additionally, it’s about concentrating on your work and not worrying about the results.

Playing in the 2024 Abu Dhabi T10 event at Zayed Cricket Stadium, Noor stated, “I personally focus on my bowling and hitting the right lines and lengths.” Having been a member of Team Abu Dhabi for three years, the young player has taken five wickets in as many games this season, and he always feels at home when he plays.

“The surroundings are excellent. There are some excellent players here. I’ve been here for three years, so it feels like a home team to me. I’ve been a regular member of Team Abu Dhabi for three years now,” he continued. The T10 format has been played by several Afghan players. Noor thinks it’s a great chance for the cricket players, and especially the younger ones, to learn from some of the best.

“Seeing Afghan players participate in the T10 leagues is encouraging. Furthermore, this is a great chance for Afghan cricket players, particularly the younger ones, to pick up tips from the best,” he said. With three victories and six points, Team Abu Dhabi is now ranked third in the standings. On November 30, 2024, they will now play their last round-robin game against Northern Warriors.
