Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, has started a seaplane demonstration flight from Prakasam Barrage in Vijayawada to Srisailam in the Nandyal district.
“This is a new experiment (seaplane demo flight).” “I am very happy,” he remarked at a meeting following the demo flight’s launch at Punnami Ghat on the Krishna river in Vijayawada. Amaravati should be the site of any future developments in the nation. The CM declared, “We are moving forward with that motto.”
Along with Union Civil Aviation Minister K. Ram Mohan Naidu and other others, the Chief Minister later boarded the aircraft and departed for the temple town.
Seaplane services, in CM Naidu’s opinion, would be a creative way to stimulate economic activity and generate jobs. He brought attention to the fact that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also advocated for seaplane operations in the southern state, which do not necessitate the costly infrastructure required for a conventional airport.
The State Government wants Andhra Pradesh to lead India’s water-based aviation industry with seaplane services. According to the Chief Minister, creative solutions will end poverty and produce revenue that may be used to support social programs.
A new chapter is being started in Andhra Pradesh, according to Union Minister Ram Mohan Naidu, who also stated that seaplane operations will alter not only the state’s but also India’s future.
