The International Solar Alliance and its major partners organised the third High-level Conference on New Technologies for Clean Energy Transition, which brought together world leaders in New Delhi. Through cooperation, technology, and information exchange, the event aimed to advance solar innovation in order to fight climate change and promote global climate goals.
The third High-level Conference on New Technologies for Clean Energy Transition was organised by the International Solar Alliance in partnership with the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy.
This event, which took place in New Delhi concurrently with the Seventh ISA Assembly, brought together international players in the sustainable energy movement. The President of the ISA Assembly and India’s Minister of New and Renewable Energy, Pralhad Joshi, gave a speech about the global energy transition effort.
With in-depth presentations on cutting-edge solar and storage technologies, the conference’s main goal was to turn discussions into action. The purpose of the talks was to demonstrate how solar energy may promote fair economic, social, and environmental development. Dr. Ajay Mathur, the Director General of ISA, stressed the importance of this meeting, pointing out that it coincides with the next COP29 in Azerbaijan.
The debut of the third edition of the World Solar Report series was another highlight of the inaugural. The ISA and Danish “Readiness Assessment of Green Hydrogen African Countries” report was also released at the inaugural.
