To encourage sports, teamwork, and sportsmanship among the young people of Kupwara, a Super 10 Cricket Tournament was held

The Hamdard e Kupwara Battalion (41 RR) organised a Super 10 Cricket Tournament with the goal of encouraging sports, teamwork, and sportsmanship among the young people of Kupwara. The competition took place between October 22 and October 25, 2024. Eight teams in all took part in the competition. The competition was conducted using a knockout format.

The District Sports Department in Kupwara was the source of the tournament officials. The tournament’s final match between Sadiq Memorial School and Rehmat Alam School took place on October 25, 2024.

Following a tight match between the two teams, Rehmat Alam School eventually raised the prized trophy for 2024. The winners of the Man of the Match and Man of the Tournament awards were Mr. Adnan Malik and Mr. Harish Sonawala, respectively.

All of the participating kids received a participation certificate, and the Army congratulated the winning and runner-up teams during the award distribution event. All things considered, the competition was a great success and gave the local kids a chance to show off their athletic abilities.
