AT AIR FORCE STATION AGRA, THE C-295 FULL MOTION SIMULATOR IS INTRODUCED
INN/Lucknow, @Infodeaofficial
On November 11, Air Force Station Agra hosted the opening of the IAF C-295 Full Motion Simulator (FMS) facility by Air Marshal Ashutosh Dixit, AOC-in-C CAC. It is possible to save valuable flying time by conducting a large amount of the pilot’s training in the simulator.
By simulating various missions such as tactical airlift, para-dropping, para-trooping, medical evacuation, and disaster relief, the state-of-the-art simulator allows pilots to train in a nearly realistic environment. It also allows for the simulation of several critical situations that may arise during actual operations, ensuring that our pilots are prepared for battle. It will improve the overall flight safety of military operations by enabling pilots to refine their abilities in managing high-risk situations that call for quick decisions.
The addition of C-295 aircraft to the Indian Air Force will boost the nation’s aerospace industry and usher in “Atmanirbhar Bharat” in the private sector’s production of transport aircraft in India.
