Financial Inclusion Gets A Big Impetus

MBA department of Jeppiaar Engineering College organised a national seminar recently. Sources point out that the seminar was on ‘Financial Inclusion:  Key to Achieve Universal Inclusive Economic Growth of India.’

Syed Ali, Head, Regional Sales, ICICI Bank inaugurated the session. Seminar was sponsored by ICSSR under IMPRESS Scheme. The main objectives of the event was to understand the financial inclusion as it is one of the crucial aspect which needs to be focused.As achieving financial inclusion equitably in the country is a must in order to attain comprehensive growth. Dr.N.Padmavathy, Professor, MBA department was the coordinator for the programme.

Dr. M. Regeena Jeppiaar, Chairman and Managing Director, Jeppiaar Group of Institutions, Dr. J. Venugopala Krishnan, Jeppiaar Engineering College[EandT], Dr.G. Dileep, Principal, Jeppiaar Engineering College [MBA], Jayapandian K, branch manager, ICICI Bank were among those present.
